How to get there

By road

Because the Lot flows diagonally across France, most motorways heading from the Channel Ports in northern or western France lead directly to or connect with those leading to the area (A75, A20, A62). The motorway journey from, say, Calais would take from about 7h30 into the heart of the Valley.

By air

International airports in/close to the area at Rodez, Bergerac, Toulouse as well as Brive and Carcassonne - with direct flights operated by British Airways, RyanAir, Flybe, Easyjet, Thomson, BMI and Jet2.
